Return of the order

No matter how hard we try, sometimes the Buyer may not like something in the received Order, and then when it is necessary to return the entire Order or a certain Product back. The order can be returned within 14 days from the date of its receipt by the Buyer and subject to the conditions described in this section. Refunds for the Order occur at the prices specified in the Order, even if the Price has changed since the date of purchase. All issues related to the return of Goods / Orders are discussed and resolved only by writing to the Seller in the feedback form on the Site or by email. It is not possible to return Goods/Orders without prior agreement with the Seller. Please contact us regarding the return of Goods / Orders during the business hours indicated on the Site (from 10:00 to 19:00 on business days; Warsaw time).

Conditions for returning orders
1. Any of Goods (if the Buyer did not open the box, did not open the packaging material of the Manufacturer and did not violate the integrity of the original packaging of Goods) can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Buyer, unless otherwise specifically indicated on the Product page. The packaging of Goods must be in the same condition in which it was when Goods were sent to the Buyer.

2. If the Buyer opened the package (opened the box, opened the packaging material of the manufacturer, violated the integrity of the original packaging of Goods), then no claims for defects in Goods are accepted and the guarantee is void, and such Goods cannot be returned. It is also impossible to return the Product (if it is clothing), if it has been worn at least once (has signs of wearing).

Attention: The packaging of Goods is an integral part of Goods, which are sold in a sealed package and Goods cannot be returned after opening the packaging for reasons of trade dress, health, or hygiene.

Any Product with a defect can be exchanged for exactly the same Product if the Seller has it in stock. If the Product is no longer available, then a refund or replacement for another Product occurs. If the replacement of Goods occurs with a difference in the Price, the Buyer either pays the difference in the Price or receives a refund for the difference in the Price from the Seller.

Return of goods is made on the basis of a written claim of the Buyer, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of Goods by the Buyer. If the Buyer submits a claim for the return of Goods later than 14 days from the date of its receipt, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the return from the Buyer. The Seller requests that a written warranty claim is submitted by email or by sending a letter by regular mail to the appropriate address provided by the Seller. The Seller must respond to the Buyer's claim within 14 days of receiving it. A claim for the return of goods is made in any form, unless otherwise requested by the Seller (in this case, the Seller must provide the Buyer with a sample return form for Goods).

In order to consider the Buyer's claim, the Seller has the right, and the Buyer is obliged, if necessary, to provide the following information: the Buyer's identification data (the Buyer's full name; order number), a brief description of the defect, a photograph of the defect, how and when the defect was discovered and a description of the Buyer’s claims.

The Seller also reserves the right to ask the Buyer to send additional photos of the defect of Goods by email so that the Seller can determine whether the detected defect is subject to return, and if the identified defect is a subject of return, then determine whether it can be replaced, or the money must be returned.

We do not consider a defect the following problems with the Product. Therefore, we do not accept claims for it, nor do we return, exchange, or refund it.

1. Minor inaccuracies with the factory painting of Goods or parts of Goods.

2. The condition of the packaging of Goods, if its condition was not specifically stipulated and agreed between the Buyer and the Seller. All goods are sent to the Buyer in a box of good quality, without damage. Minor defects in the appearance of the box of Goods, such as small scratches on the box, scuffs, dents or wrinkles are not grounds for returning Goods.

Attention: if the Buyer opened the packaging, violated the integrity of the original packaging of Goods, then no claims for product defects are accepted, and the guarantee is canceled. The packaging of the product is an integral part of the product, which is sold in a sealed package and the product cannot be returned after opening the package for reasons of trade dress, health or hygiene, if the package was opened after delivery.

Return of defective goods
The Buyer must provide the Seller with information about sending Goods for return within 7 days from the date on which the Buyer informed the Seller in writing about the return of the defective goods. Return of Goods is made only after the written consent of the Seller.

The return of Goods to the Seller should be made using the same delivery company that was used by the Seller to send the order to the Buyer unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer in writing. The Seller does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged packages returned to the Seller (regardless of the reason for the return).

The Buyer is responsible for damage to the packaging (presentation) when returning Goods and while Goods were in his possession. In this case, the Seller may inform the Buyer either about the reduction in the Price of Goods or refuse to return Goods and money for it. In this case, Goods remain with the Buyer, and no refund is made.

When returning Goods, the Buyer is obliged to pack Goods in a box of a suitable size and use bubble wrap or other filler to securely protect the returned Goods.

Attention: Never stick any shipping labels directly on the Product, as this will automatically void the warranty and the right to return the Product. If upon return of Goods by the Buyer, Goods are damaged in transit or not received in original condition, then no claims for defects in Goods will be accepted and the warranty will be void. In some cases (by decision of the Seller), such Goods may be accepted for return, but at a lower price.

Refunds
You can look in the “My Account” on the Site to check the status of the refund. After the refund is made to the Buyer, it may appear on the Buyer's account with a delay of several days, depending on the method of return (bank cards - 3-5 business days; PayPal up to 30 calendar days).

1. In case of refusal of Goods, the Seller returns to the Buyer the money for Goods themselves, but not the cost of its delivery to the Buyer. The Seller does not refund, directly or indirectly, the cost of shipping or returning Goods to the Seller.

2. Refunds are made only after the receipt and processing of Goods (the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer of the receipt of the returned Goods), which were received as a return.

3. The Seller is obliged to return the funds for Goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods by the Buyer, but no later than 14 working days.

4. The return of funds by the Seller is made using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer to pay for the returned Goods. In cases where this is not possible, the Buyer will be given a discount on the amount of the returned Goods for the next Orders on the Site. In some cases (at the discretion of the Seller), the method of refund can be changed by agreement with the Buyer in writing.

5. The Buyer receives for the return only the money paid for Goods, regardless of any other additional costs. Refunds for Goods occur at the Prices specified in the Order, even if the Price has changed since the purchase of Goods.

Cancellation of an Order after it has been paid for and shipped to the Buyer will be treated as a return, and any return costs will be deducted from the amount of money to be returned to the Buyer for such an Order.

If the Order is returned to the Seller as a result of an incorrectly specified address (for example, an incorrect house/apartment number is indicated, there are spelling errors in the address name, etc.) of the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer about this before resending the Order. Any costs for returning an Order due to such error by the Buyer and resending the Buyer's Order are payable by the Buyer until the Order is resent.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes in the event of a refusal or impossibility of the delivery. If the customs services for any reason do not allow the delivery of such an Order back to the Seller, then no refund will be made for such an Order / Goods. We will contact you with any questions about the return of Goods if they arise, and even more so before the refund.

Attention: The Seller does not return % (commission) for making payments for the Order by third parties (payment systems/banks).
