Pre-order

If you are tired of missing figurines from the right series, then our Pre-order system is made just to make it easier to track the replenishment of the collection. There are several types of Pre-Orders on the Site, which can be found in this section of our help system on the Site. As soon as the manufacturer of Goods officially announces the release of new Goods and it becomes possible for us to pre-order from dealers, the corresponding news is published in our group on the Facebook social network. After that, the new Product is added to the Site and it is assigned the status of "Pre-Order". After that, you can place a "Pre-Order" for such a Product on the Site. The product for which the Pre-order has been placed can be seen in the Personal Account in the corresponding section. Also, the Buyer receives a message about the placed Pre-order to the email indicated on the Site.

The "Pre-Order" status of the Product means that the Seller accepts Pre-Orders for this Product. The status "Expected" for Goods means that the Seller is waiting for the receipt of Goods, but does not have information about the exact date of receipt on the Site and the price for it.

The Buyer can independently manage the Pre-Orders placed on the Site through the appropriate section in “My Account”. To do this, the Buyer needs to go to “My Account”, go to the "Pre-Orders" section, where the Buyer will see all the Products in the list of Pre-Orders with the ability to cancel them, visit the Product page, and see the release date and other information.

Any Product with the status "Pre-order" has an estimated release date announced by the manufacturer of the Product, which may change, and the Seller cannot influence this in any way. If the manufacturer of Goods changes the release date of Goods, the Seller undertakes to change the corresponding characteristics of Goods on the Website, which will be displayed on the Goods page on the Site, as well as in the corresponding section in “My Account” on the Site. The Seller is not obliged to notify the Buyer of a change in the release date of Goods.

The release date of Goods with the status of Pre-Order is only approximate/indicative and the Seller does not bear any responsibility for its change by the manufacturer of Goods. In case of cancellation by the manufacturer of the paid Goods with the status of the Pre-Order, the Seller is obliged to return the funds received from the Buyer in the amount in which they were received by the Seller. No compensation for the inability to fulfill the Pre-order of the Buyer is made. The Seller does not recommend pre-ordering Goods as gifts by a specific date.

The price of Goods with the Pre-order status, in rare cases, may change for reasons beyond the Seller's control. The reason for the change in the Price of Goods may be the announcement by the manufacturer of Goods of a new Price, different from the previously announced one, or a sharp change in the cost of delivering Goods to the Seller. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer about all changes in the Price of the paid Goods with the Pre-order status to find out his plans after changing the Price for such Goods. The Buyer, after the change in the price for such a Product, may cancel the Pre-Order at any time in “My Account” on the Site in the appropriate section. If Goods with the Pre-Order status were prepaid and their Price has changed, the Seller has the right to demand a reasonable additional payment from the Buyer. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the new Price for Goods with the Pre-order status, the Buyer has the right to ask the Seller to return the previously paid Price for Goods.

It may not be possible to pre-order certain expensive or non-standard Products without advance payment for such Pre-order. The amount of such an advance payment cannot be less than 10% of the declared Price of Goods on the Seller's Website. The Seller purchases such Product on behalf of the Buyer and wants to be sure that the Buyer needs such Product before proceeding with the Pre-Order. If the Buyer has changed his mind about purchasing such Goods, the Seller, when canceling such a Pre-Order, has the right not to return the advance payment received in the amount of 10% of the declared Price of Goods on the Site. The Seller, at its discretion, may take any % of the declared Price of such Goods on the Site.

As soon as Goods with the Pre-Order status arrive on the Site, a message will automatically be sent to the email specified by the Buyer notifying of the receipt of such Goods. After receiving such a message by email, the Buyer independently decides on placing the Order. If the Buyer has paid for the Pre-Order, then the Buyer does not need to take any action other than a written consent to send such an Order and pay for its delivery.

To cancel a paid Pre-Order, the Buyer will need to contact our Buyer Support to complete the cancellation and refund. Please note that when canceling a paid Pre-Order, the Seller does not return the % (commission) for making payments for the Order from third parties (payment systems/banks).

The Seller is obliged to make every possible effort to fulfill each Pre-Order, but sometimes the fulfillment of it becomes impossible due to situations that the Seller has no control over. If the Seller is unable to complete the Pre-Order, the Seller will cancel it and notify the Buyer. No compensation is due to the Buyer for the inconvenience caused by the Seller, except for a refund if the Pre-order was prepaid.

Types of pre-orders
Status "Expected" - the Buyer leaves a request for Goods of interest on the Site. When such a Product appears on the Site, an email will be sent to the Buyer's email with a message about the receipt of the desired Product on the Site. After receiving a message about the appearance of Goods from the Wish List, the Buyer independently decides to place an Order for Goods of interest to him or not. Neither the exact date of receipt of Goods on the Site nor its Price is known to the Seller in advance. You can cancel the Product included in the Wish List in the appropriate section of “My Account” on the Site. This status of Goods is for informational purposes only. The Seller does not bear any obligations to the Buyer. Such Goods may not arrive on the Site at all, and when the Seller knows such information, he will change the status of Goods on the Site.

Pre-order without payment - the Buyer leaves a request for Goods of interest on the Site. When such a Product appears on the Site, an email will be sent to the Buyer's email with a message about the receipt of the desired Product on the Site. After receiving a message about the appearance of Goods from the Wish List, the Buyer independently decides to place an Order for Goods of interest to him or not. The difference between the Pre-order without payment and Goods with the status "Expected" is that the Seller knows the approximate date of release/receipt of Goods on the Site and their approximate Price. The price of such Goods may change upon receipt of Goods on the Site. If Goods are in high demand, the Seller does not guarantee the Buyer that the number of Goods will be sufficient for all those who placed a Pre-order for it. This status of Goods is for informational purposes only.

Pre-order with payment - the Buyer places an Order on the Site for the Product of interest to him, which is not available on the Site, but the Seller can guarantee the Buyer for such a Product its Price and its arrival on the Site on the stated release dates. The Buyer pays for such a Product/Order as a regular, but the cost of delivery is not included in the cost of the Order. Upon receipt of such Goods on the Site, the Buyer receives a message about the receipt of the desired Goods on the Site to the Buyer's email specified in the Order. The Buyer does not need to place an Order for the received Goods; it is enough to inform the Seller about the need to send them. If it is necessary to send the Order, the Buyer must pay extra for the delivery, if the Buyer does not plan to send the Order at the moment, but expects the receipt of other Goods from his Wish List, then the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller in writing. Regardless of the number of Goods of interest to the Buyer received on the Site, the Seller guarantees that the paid Pre-order (Goods) will be executed and the Buyer will receive the ordered and paid Goods. In the future, the Seller plans to introduce a special Price/Discount on the Site for Pre-orders with payment.

Attention: at the moment there are no Pre-Orders on the Site that require prepayment by the Buyer.
