Packing orders

We know how important it is sometimes that Goods purchased on the Internet come to the Buyer quickly and unharmed because this is a gift to some person for a holiday or a long-awaited update of the collection. That is why we try to pay special attention to the packaging of Orders so that there are incidents with Orders placed on our Site. This is how we collect and package our Customers' Orders. Every month we collect and send dozens of orders, and it is important for us that all Orders arrive quickly and in full safety. We do everything we can to ensure that every order is delivered promptly and safely.

Everything happens as follows - after placing an Order on our Website and paying for it, we collect the order within 2-3 days. Each Order is packaged according to the delivery address and type of delivery. When preparing the Order for shipment, we always check all Goods from the Order so that the Buyer receives all Goods in complete safety.

First of all, we collect the Order strictly according to the list of goods in the Order itself, checking the correctness of the collection of Goods of the Order before packing. After Goods from the Order are collected, the state of Goods is photographed before they are packed and shipped. After that, the packing process of the Order begins. All orders within Europe as well as international orders are shipped in cardboard boxes only. We securely pack Goods and the parcel itself, so that you receive your Order safe and sound. All packaging material is provided FREE OF CHARGE. In most cases, we use craft paper and/or bubble wrap, but we can also use foam.

The next step is to pack the Order into a cardboard box. We distribute Goods inside the box in such a way that damage during delivery would be minimal if the box is exposed to external influences. All free space in the box is filled with wrapping paper. Fragile items are extra packed.

We carefully monitor that the size of the box is as close as possible to the size of the Goods. This avoids unwanted movement and damage to the packaging of Goods themselves during delivery. Our boxes are made of high-quality, thick cardboard, which reliably protects the order during delivery.

The penultimate step is sealing the box with the Order, which we do use transparent adhesive tape, as well as an adhesive tape with inscriptions that the boxes contain fragile goods. Finally, we prepare all necessary documents for shipment and the creation of a label with a tracking number. After that, we transfer the Order to employees of transport and postal services, with the help of which it will go to the Buyer’s address.
