International delivery

Buyers located outside the EU countries can place an Order on the Site and use the international delivery service of the Order. The Seller, as part of the international delivery of Orders, can offer the Buyer the following delivery options:

• Postal services - the national postal service of the country from which the Seller sends Orders and which is presented in the methods of delivery of the Order to the Buyer when placing an Order on the Site.

• Transport company - any transport company with which the Seller has entered into an agreement for the provision of transport services and which is presented in the methods of delivery of the Buyer's Order when placing an Order on the Site.

The seller provides international delivery only for individuals. The Seller does not carry out international delivery of Orders for legal entities, and also does not send commercial consignments of Goods. Sending any Order using the postal service or transport company occurs only after 100% payment of the cost of the Order and its delivery to the address of the Buyer. For more information, please refer to "Delivery in Europe" in the help system on the Site. When placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer is solely responsible for the correctness and legality of the importation of the Goods from the Order into the country of delivery of the Order. The Buyer is an official importer and must comply with all laws and customs clearance regulations of the country where the Buyer's Order is delivered.

All options for international delivery of the Buyer's Order are available and are described when placing an Order on the Site. On the Seller's website, the terms of international delivery are indicated approximately for each option of international delivery and depend on many different factors - on the Buyer's address, the weight and dimensions of the Goods in the Order, the chosen delivery option of the Order, as well as on the customs regulations of the country of delivery of the Order. Estimated delivery times do not guarantee the delivery of the Order within the specified time, because there are many factors that affect the delivery time of the Order to the specific address of the Buyer. In most cases, the indicated delivery times are respected by transport or postal services, but sometimes force majeure circumstances occur that may change the delivery times. If the Buyer's Order was not delivered within the estimated time, then the Buyer needs to check the location of the Order using the track number in order to receive new information about the delivery time. Delivery times for Orders do not depend directly on the Seller. Please note that customs clearance may delay the delivery of the Order for an indefinite period. The cost of international delivery depends on the address of the Buyer, as well as the volume of the Goods in the Order and the chosen delivery option for the Order. International shipping rates do not include taxes, customs duties, which may be charged by the national customs services of the country of delivery of the Buyer's Order.

The Seller, when sending an international Order, does not underestimate the value of the parcel with the Order and does not change the number of identical Goods in the Order when making a customs declaration. For each international Order sent to the Buyer, the Seller fills out a customs declaration, which indicates the contents of the Order - a list of Goods, its cost, weight and data of the Buyer and the Seller. When the Buyer's Order has been sent, an email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address specified when placing the Order.

The cost of delivery of the Order depends on the actual weight or dimensions of the goods. The overall weight reflects how much space the Order occupies upon delivery. Please note that due to size or weight, some items may require a custom quote for international shipping. Unfortunately, not all Goods can be sent by the Seller to the Buyer for a number of reasons. Some manufacturers of Goods have certain restrictions in their license agreements with copyright holders and may not sell them outside the EU. There are also restrictions on the international delivery of oversized Goods. In addition, some Goods may be prohibited from importation into certain countries, but the Seller is not required to be aware of such national restrictions or regulations. If the Seller is aware of any restrictions regarding the Goods sold on the Site, he will inform the Buyer about this after placing the Order on the Site. If the Buyer purchases such Goods that are not allowed to ship to a particular country, then the Seller will cancel such an Order and refund the money to the Buyer if he knows about such restrictions in a particular country. In some cases, the Seller, upon written agreement with the Buyer, may try to find alternative forms of delivery of the Order.

International shipments, regardless of the method of dispatch (postal service / transport company) can be opened on official business and inspected by the national customs services of the country of delivery of the Buyer's Order. At the same time, the Goods may be repacked differently than they were packed by the Seller before sending the Order to the Buyer. The Seller cannot control this process and therefore cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any Goods from the Order upon receipt by the Buyer of the Order, which has been opened and inspected by the national customs services of the country of delivery of the Order. If the Buyer has any difficulties with the national customs authorities, the Seller recommends that the Buyer contact them directly. If the Buyer's Order did not pass the customs check and was disposed of for any reason (including non-payment of any duties, taxes or expiration of storage periods), then the Seller will not reimburse the cost of the Goods from the Order, as well as other expenses associated with such an Order.

If national customs authorities have questions about the contents of the Goods in the Order, national customs authorities will contact the International Shipment Buyer for additional information. All customs fees charged by national customs services due to violation of national customs rules are paid by the Buyer. The customs authorities may request additional information about the content and value of the goods in the parcel from the Seller or the Buyer. Claims related to the delay of parcels by national customs services are not considered. In case of registration of several parcels from one Buyer, national customs services may sum up the total cost of such parcels and act at their discretion. To resolve issues of customs clearance, customs services are guided by their own provisions.

If the Buyer has placed more than one Order on the website and asks to combine them, then the cost of delivery of the combined Orders will be calculated again, taking into account all the Goods in the combined Orders. If the combined Orders are treated by the customs authorities as a commercial shipment, it may be detained or seized by the customs authorities of the country to which the Buyer's Order was sent. Also, the customs authorities may require the Buyer to pay additional customs duties or return the Order to the Seller.

In the event of problems in the country of destination with the national customs services, the Seller does not bear any responsibility, because he cannot know the customs laws and regulations of all countries where international Orders are sent. International mail is insured for the amount shown on the CN23 declaration. The payer for delivery services is the Buyer. All international Orders sent by the Seller are properly packaged in a proper box and secured with tape. If the Buyer's order does not fit in a standard box, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail specified in the Order and will be offered options for sending in non-standard boxes. In this case, the cost of sending such an Order will be changed, about which the Buyer will be notified additionally. In case of loss of an Order sent by international delivery, the Buyer will only be reimbursed for the declared value of the parcel.

If the Buyer indicated the incorrect delivery address of the Order and the Order was not delivered to the Buyer for this reason, the Seller does not accept any complaints related to this. An order not received by the Buyer due to an incorrect delivery address may be returned to the Seller after the expiration of the storage period, according to the local rules for storing orders in the postal or transport service.

Also, the postal or transport service may charge a fee for storing the Buyer's Order. Payment for such storage is made by the Buyer and the Seller under no circumstances compensates the Buyer for these costs of delivery and storage of the Order. Also, if the re-delivery of the Order due to an incorrect address requires additional payment for postal or transport services, then such payment is made by the Buyer and the Seller will in no way compensate the Buyer for such expenses. Please note that a number of countries (Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom) require the Seller to collect tax (VAT) on Goods for most purchases made. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to various import taxes, additional customs duties or other fees imposed by the country in which the Buyer's Order is delivered. These fees are assessed when the Order reaches the country of delivery of the Order and are solely the responsibility of the Buyer. The seller has no control over these costs and cannot predict them. Customs policy varies greatly from country to country. The buyer can independently contact the national customs service for more information.

The Seller recommends that international Buyers use the "Order Reserve" option to save on delivery, but it should not be forgotten that the Seller does not affect the timing of the release of the Goods and their arrival at the Site's warehouse. "Order Reserve" gives Buyers more control over the dispatch of Orders. For more information, please refer to the "Order Reserve" in the help system on the Site.

Attention: The Seller does not ship the Buyer's Orders if the EU has imposed any delivery restrictions on the Buyer's country. At the moment, the Seller does not send Orders to the following countries: Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Mongolia, Russia, Samoa, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine.

The Buyer can still place Orders on the Site using the Order Reserve if he pays 100% of the cost of the Orders. As soon as delivery to the Buyer's country is resumed, the Seller will send the Buyer's Orders as quickly as possible.

If a Buyer wishes to use a third party delivery service (not available in our list of shipping options) or friends/relatives who are in the same city/country where our warehouse is located to ship Orders, that is a Buyer's own business. Sending the Order in this way, the Buyer must agree in writing with the Seller in advance. In this case, the Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising after the Order has been delivered to a third party representing the interests of the Buyer upon receipt of the Order in this way. When delivered to a third party representing the Buyer upon receipt of the Order in this way, we do not refund or provide a replacement for the Goods that the third party representing the Buyer sent to an address different from the delivery address specified in the Order on the Site. In order to minimize contentious issues of the quality of the Goods from the Order, the Buyer is obliged to instruct third parties representing the interests of the Buyer to refuse any delivered Orders that were delivered with significant external damage to the packaging of the Order.

If a third party representing the interests of the Buyer needs to send the entire Order or part of the Order to an address different from the address of receipt of the Order, then the third party representing the interests of the Buyer is fully responsible for all possible situations and costs associated with such sending of the Order. At the same time, the Seller (or the Site) should not be indicated in any documentation for the dispatch of such an Order, including, but not limited to, export declarations, invoices or other necessary documents for the further dispatch of the Buyer's Order by third parties representing the interests of the Buyer.

Attention: Our return policy does not apply to Goods sent to third parties representing the interests of the Buyer. All such deliveries of Orders are non-refundable, as well as refunds. Attention: The Seller does not return % (commission) for making payments for the Order by third parties (payment systems/banks).
