In this section of our help system, information is published for Visitors and Buyers of our Site on how to correctly and quickly place an Order on the Site and how Orders are processed after they are placed. To place an Order on the Site, you must register on it, which will take the potential Buyer no more than 5 minutes. You can order any Product ONLY if you have registered on the Site. It is IMPOSSIBLE to place an Order without registration.

Attention: The Seller does not currently send Orders with payment upon receipt of the Order. How to correctly place an Order on the Site and what to do after placing it. This sequence of actions for placing an Order is written taking into account the fact that the Buyer is already registered on the Site. If the Buyer is not yet registered on the Site, then it must be done.

1. Enter the Site with your login and password (log in). 

2. Select the Product you like and click the "Buy" button. It does not matter where the "Buy" button is pressed - on the Product page, on the main page of the Site and other pages of the Site where there is a "Buy" button. After clicking the "Buy" button, the Product selected by the Buyer is placed in the Shopping Cart. 

3. After pressing the "Buy" button, a dialog box pops up where the Buyer must choose whether he wants to proceed to placing the Order ("Go to checkout" button) or wants to buy some more Products on the Site ("Continue shopping" button). 

4. If the Buyer chose to place an Order on the Site, then he goes to the Basket page where the Buyer must check the correctness of the selected Product, its quantity, delivery address (specified when registering on the Site), method of payment for the Order and its delivery, and also agree (put checkboxes) with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy on the Site. After that, the Buyer must click the "Place an order" button to complete the Order. After clicking the "Place an order" button, the Buyer will be redirected to a page with gratitude for the purchase and from where he can go to the payment page for his Order according to the chosen method of payment for the Order. If the Buyer does not click the "Place an order" button, then the Order will not be created.

4.1. Congratulations - the Order has been placed, and a letter from the Seller with the Order number has been sent to the Buyer's e-mail specified during registration on the Site. Also, the Buyer can make payment for the Order directly on the site. 

4.2. If the Buyer clicked the "Continue Shopping" button, then the selected Product is placed in the Shopping Cart on the Site and the Buyer can continue to select the Product he needs on the Site. As soon as the Buyer is done with the selection of the Product that he is going to buy, he must click the "Proceed to checkout" button after adding the last Product to the Cart, or hover over the Cart icon in the upper right corner of the Site and click the "Checkout" button. Next, the Buyer repeats the steps from paragraph 4.

5. After completing the Order on the Site, the Buyer needs to check the email specified by the Buyer when registering on the Site, which will receive an email from the Seller indicating the Order number and data on the Order itself, as well as instructions for paying for the Order, if the Buyer has not made the payment Order when placing an Order on the Site. 

This completes the active actions of the Buyer to place an Order on the Site. Also, the Buyer can view the placed Order in the Personal Account on the Site in the appropriate section and pay for the Order if he has not done so before. 

The creation of an Order on the Site entails the automatic creation of a reserve of Goods, i.e. the Goods from the Order for a certain time (the lifetime of the Order without payment is 2 calendar days) are blocked in the warehouse and during this period cannot be placed by another Buyer in the Order. 

Payment for the Order is made within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of placing the Order on the Website. The Buyer will find all the data for payment on the Order page in the Personal Account on the Website. Also, instructions for paying for the Order are sent to the Buyer's e-mail specified when placing the Order. For Pre-Orders, payment is made ONLY when the Goods arrive on the Site, and the Buyer receives an email notification and places an Order for such Goods on the Site. After 3 (three) calendar days, any unpaid order will be automatically canceled, unless the Buyer has a personal agreement on a deferred payment with the Seller, fixed in writing.

The Seller also draws the Buyer's attention to the fact that after sending an e-mail with instructions for paying for the Order to the Buyer's e-mail specified during registration, the Seller does not remind the terms of its payment and expects from the Buyer only confirmation of payment for the Order. If the Buyer does not pay for the Order within the specified time, the Buyer's Order will be automatically canceled, and the Goods from the Order go on free sale on the Site. 

The Buyer will be informed about all changes in the status of the Order by e-mail specified by the Buyer during registration by a corresponding e-mail from the Seller. The Buyer can also view the status of the Order in the Personal Account in the relevant section. 

If the Buyer needs to add/remove any Product from the placed Order or cancel the Order, he must contact the Seller by writing a message using the WhatsApp program (the number is indicated on the website). In addition, the Buyer can write a message through the feedback form on the Site. When contacting the Seller about the Order, the Buyer is obliged to provide the number of his Order on the Site. 

Attention: The Seller does not place Orders either by phone (WhatsApp), or in WhatsApp correspondence, or via e-mail or messages in the official group on the Facebook social network. Any Orders are executed ONLY on the Site at any time of the day in automatic mode if the Buyer has a registered account on the Site. 

A correctly placed Order will be processed within 1 business day, during which the Seller will contact the Buyer by e-mail specified by the Buyer when registering on the Site.
