Delivery in Europe
Sending any Order using mail or a transport company occurs only after 100% payment of the cost of the Order and its delivery to the Buyer's address. The cost of delivery of the Order depends on the actual weight of Goods in the Order, in rare cases, on the size of Goods. The cost of sending the Order includes a standard shipping box, packing material, collection of Goods, and the shipping itself, the cost of which varies depending on the type of shipping the Order chosen.
If the Buyer places more than one Order on the website and asks to combine them, then the cost of delivery of the combined Orders will be calculated again, taking into account all Goods in the combined Orders. Please note that due to size or weight, some Products may require special packaging, and shipping charges will be recalculated. Also, some delivery options may not be available for Orders with bulky goods.
Delivery times depend on the delivery option chosen by the Buyer, as well as the delivery address of the Order. For each delivery option, an estimated delivery date or date range in which the Order can be expected to be delivered will be displayed. Estimated delivery times do not guarantee the delivery of the Order within the specified time, because many factors affect the delivery time of the Order to the specific address of the Buyer. Orders sent through transport companies may have shorter delivery times. Orders sent by mail may take longer to arrive than stated.
If the Buyer wants to use third-party delivery services (not available in our list of shipping options) or friends/relatives who are located in the same city/country where our warehouse is located to ship Orders, then this is the Buyer's private matter. Sending the Order in this way, the Buyer must agree in writing with the Seller in advance. In this case, the Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising after the Order has been delivered to a third party representing the interests of the Buyer upon receipt of the Order in this way. When delivered to a third party representing the Buyer upon receipt of the Order in this way, we do not refund or provide a replacement for Goods that the third party representing the Buyer has shipped to an address different from the delivery address specified in the Order on the Site. To minimize contentious issues of the quality of Goods from the Order, the Buyer is obliged to instruct third parties representing the interests of the Buyer to refuse any delivered Orders that were delivered with significant external damage to the packaging of the Order.
If a third party representing the interests of the Buyer needs to send the entire Order or part of the Order to an address different from the address of receipt of the Order, then the third party representing the interests of the Buyer is fully responsible for all possible situations and costs associated with such sending of the Order. At the same time, the Seller (or the Site) should not be indicated in any documentation for the dispatch of such an Order, including, but not limited to, export declarations, invoices, or other necessary documents for the further dispatch of the Buyer's Order by third parties representing the interests of the Buyer.
Attention: Our return policy does not apply to Goods sent to third parties representing the interests of the Buyer. All such deliveries of Orders are non-refundable, and money refund will not be made.
Upon receipt of the Order, be sure to check the appearance of the Goods and the packaging in which the Order was delivered - the packaging should not be badly damaged, wet, or deformed. Also, check the integrity of the packing tape.
If, after receiving and verifying Goods from the Order, an error in the composition of the Order is found, then the Buyer must, without opening the original packaging of Goods and without violating its presentation, contact the Seller by writing a message in the official group on Facebook, calling or writing a message using WhatsApp (our number is listed on the site) or sending a message through the feedback form on the Site. When contacting about an error in the configuration of Goods in the Order, the Buyer must specify the order number and what the error is, which will help us quickly deal with the problem.
Sending any order using the postal service or transport company occurs only after 100% payment of the cost of the Order and its delivery to the address of the Buyer. The cost of sending the Order includes a standard cardboard box for the Order, packaging material, the collection of the Order, and the shipment itself. If necessary, we additionally pack Goods in craft paper, cardboard, or bubble wrap. When placing an Order, the shipping cost is calculated from the actual weight of the Goods in the Order. Also, the cost of delivery of the Order is affected by the dimensions of the Goods in the Order. The overall weight reflects how much space the Buyer's Order occupies during transportation. Also, the cost of delivery of the Order may vary depending on the selected option for sending the Order. All possible delivery options for the Order are automatically available when placing the Order, the approximate cost and delivery time are indicated for each delivery option.
If the Buyer's order does not fit in a standard box, the Buyer will be notified by email specified in the Order and will be offered options for sending in non-standard boxes. In this case, the cost of sending such an Order will be changed, about which the Buyer will be notified additionally.
When your Order is shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when placing the Order. To find out the location of your parcel, enter the tracking number on the website of the postal service or a transport company. The Buyer independently checks Goods in the Order upon receipt at the post office, points of issue of the transport company, or upon receipt of the Order from the courier.
We recommend that our Buyers use the "Order Reserve" option to save on delivery, but at the same time, do not forget that the Seller does not affect the timing of the release of Goods and their arrival at the Site's warehouse. "Order Reserve" gives Buyers more control over the dispatch of Orders. For more information, see "Order Reserve"
For some Products, due to their size or weight, an individual shipping quote will be required during Order processing. The Buyer of such Goods will be separately notified by email specified in the Order. Please note that most oversized Goods can only be shipped to Buyers residing in the EU.
The site indicates the estimated cost of delivery of the Order, not the actual amount that the Buyer will pay for delivery. In most cases, the estimated cost is the actual cost.
In most cases, the specified delivery times are respected by transport or postal services, but sometimes force majeure circumstances occur that may change delivery times. If the Buyer's Order was not delivered within the estimated time, then the Buyer needs to check the location of the Order using the tracking number to receive new information about the delivery time. We try to be as accurate as possible in our delivery estimates, but please note that some locations may take longer than the stated delivery dates. Delivery times for Orders do not depend directly on the Seller.
